The best breakfast rolls around! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They are delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. There's a fantastic selection, including healthy options, and plenty of parking space available as well.

The traditional early morning breakfast was fantastic, and the thick toast for soaking up the goodness hit the spot perfectly. I felt completely satisfied, just like a happy Saturday should be!

After almost 20 years lizzy’s catering van I decided that my arse needed a break. I am not a stranger to the odd cooked breakfast or five much to her surprise I know) when I found out that lizzy had taken control of what was previously a food facility of questionable quality, I immediately knew what to expect and was not disappointed. definitiw the best quality food in cwmbran and the prices are amazing.

We rode up from South Devon and called in for a breakfast. Couldn't praise the food or staff enough. Very friendly and helpful, food excellent with quick service and extremely good value. Lots of parking right outside to keep you eye on your bikes if you want, with plenty of seating inside and out. Will definitely be calling in again next time I'm up that way. Thanks.
