I mean if you can’t open on time and don’t have the motivation to show up and work why keep the store? Reviews speak for themselves JS!!!
I've been coming to L.A for a while now and the smoothie bar never disappoints. the smoothie barista Baylee is always so welcoming and friendly and most importantly BEAUTIFUL. The smoothies she always makes me come out so good and the protein hits. She makes my day just by hyping me up and motivating to work out, coming to the smoothie bar after my work out makes my day even better. She deserves all the kindness in the world.
This place sells decent smoothies. However, the customer service is horrible. I walked up looking to get a simple smoothie. The girl working there never greeted me nor asked me if I was ready. Just stood there. Then I asked if I could have alternative to the mango sherbert which in fact has milk in it. She says these smoothies are juice based *referring the smoothies on the far left* with such an attitude I didn 't even feel like finishing the order but I was like I want a smoothie. She then takes another order and is all friendly with this guy who seems to be an old friend. Even using vulgar language saying I 'll beat your *ss as he rung the bell. I sat down to wait for my smoothie and at no point did she tell me it was done. I look up randomly and see my smoothie sitting on the counter and her no where in sight. Icing on the cake is that I am a LA Fitness employee but I 'm sure she didn 't know that. Anyway, I will not be purchasing from whatever this is again and I 'll surely wont recommend this spot to my class participants if this is how your employees treat people.
The restaurant opens at 7 am, but when I arrived at 7:35 it was still closed.
First visit, but unfortunately a negative experience. The restaurant is located inside an LA Fitness, which is not a good sign already. I should have trusted my instincts, but I was in need of some vegan protein. I ordered a strawberry banana and spinach smoothie, which sounds simple enough, right? Wrong. The smoothie came out brown and the flavor was so repulsive that I struggled to drink it. I managed to get about halfway through before deciding that just because it's good for me, doesn't mean it has to taste awful. It turns out that the pea protein powder used was vanilla flavored, which completely ruined the smoothie. The staff clearly lacks the skills to properly make a smoothie and relying on the customer to fix it is not a good approach.
