Mcdonald's - Cypress

The employees at this restaurant are hardworking, nice, and friendly. It’s great to see staff who take your order loudly, clearly, and with a friendly attitude. I visited on April 2, 2022, and I was impressed by how smoothly everything was running—it felt like a well-oiled machine.

I wish everyone provided service like this McDonald's! The hamburger was cooked perfectly, just as I ordered. The fries are always hot and well-seasoned, and I've received the best service here. It was so great that I felt compelled to write this review! Bravo to the team—keep up the excellent work! Today, I am truly satisfied.

The young lady who took our order could serve as a model for customer service at the corporate level. She was very personable, maintained eye contact, smiled, engaged with us, and expressed gratitude with phrases like "thank you," "you're welcome," and "have a beautiful day." It was simply perfect. That's all there is to say!

I can only give this place two stars, and it's solely because the staff are incredibly nice. Unfortunately, this has been the most incompetently run McDonald's I've ever experienced, and that means a lot...
