Pizza Hut - Cypress

The staff is friendly and the pizza is always hot and fresh !

Waited over an 1 1/2 hours for pizza. Only to find out it was delivered to our neighbor. Neighbor came home found pizza and brought it to us, only to be infested with ants! Pizza Hut finally remade pizza after 2 phone calls and redeilvered. No discount, no waiving of delivery fee, no coupon, no nothing offered to us. We have been ordering pizza from this Pizza Hut for 15+ years. Might be time to move on.....

Nice food except for the first time i went there it was busy but we waited and then ordered and it would be a 15-20 min wait (which was okay) but when we came back and tried to pick up the food it turns out they didn't get our order and we had to order again and waited another 15-20 minutes which left a bad impression, but its a nice place and one time we went again and this worker even bought the pizza to our car because she noticed it was raining which was nice.

I had an item missing from my order the mozzarella cheese sticks. The personal pan pizza was very tough, like it was stale.

Last month delivery times have been terrible and due to that by the time I received my order the fries were a cold soggy mess, wings were cold, and pizza was cold. When delivered on time it’s solid. Lately I’m not going to order again for a while.
