Pokidoki - Cypress

I don’t normally write reviews but this time I have to because this place really sucked. the customer service was like their food bland. This was my first time in there and the person behind the counter just stood there with the expectation of me knowing how the menu worked, and didn’t explain how things were. a regular bowl was $14.95, and it was small. the scoops were tiny too! There were not much items to choose from aside from proteins. There were: corn, jalapeños, purple onions, masago, seaweed salad and green onions the guy making my bowl picked up something from the counter and put it in my bowl. When I asked him why he did that, he denied it.There are plenty other poki places close by, save your time and money and go else where.

Alex, the employee behind the counter was super friendly, professional and efficient. My poke bowl was also very delicious. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and craving Poke!Food: 5/5

Having never been to a Poki restaurant before, I had no idea how it works. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted very warmly by Chris The place is extremely clean with plenty of seating and windows.I asked Chris how this works, and he was very thorough in explaining it. The rice, the proteins, the veggies were all fresh, and the onion and garlic sauce was a perfect compliment to the octopus and ahi tuna.I am so incredibly satisfied with everything about this place. I will definitely return!!!

I stumbled across this place by luck. It's been ages since I've had musibi, but I've never had it freshly made for. It was so good that, I had to look the place up so I can leave a good review. Thank you.
