Star Wok Asian Bistro - Cypress

I want to start by saying that I don't understand some of the negative comments this restaurant has received. I've been enjoying food from here since it opened, and I have always received my meals hot. On one occasion, I ordered their egg foo young, and they informed me that it would take a little longer to prepare because it was made fresh to order. The food is consistently delicious, although I do find the side fried rice to be a bit plain, as it’s just fried rice without any extras. The dining area has always been clean and comfortable, and the quality of the food is on par with or even better than other establishments. It’s always served hot, and I’ve never encountered any issues with the service. Based on my experience with the egg foo young, it’s clear that the dishes are made to order. Their main fried rice is far superior to the side fried rice. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant if you're looking for good Asian food!

It has been quite a while since we discovered some genuinely great Chinese food, and this restaurant did not disappoint! We ordered the orange chicken, General Tso's chicken, and vegetable lo mein. The sauce for the chicken was rich and flavorful, unlike many other places we've tried lately that had overly watery sauces. We're thrilled to have found this gem and can't wait to explore more items from their menu.

Absolutely delicious food with consistent quality! I'm a big fan of their chicken fried rice—generous portions and ample chicken, all very fresh. Tonight, I tried the garlic chicken with veggies and steamed rice, and I almost finished it all on my own! It was that good! Wow! This has become our favorite new Chinese takeout spot! We're fortunate to have discovered it thanks to recommendations from the Facebook group Cypress Area Eats!
