Taco Bell - Cypress

Don't use this Taco Bell. Go to another one. I got breakfast here Sunday morning and when I went to get my refill on the coffee, I was told that yesterday the owner told them not to give out refills. Who does that? The person that runs or owns this Taco Bell must hold a lot of hatred towards their customers. And to think I was going to go to McDonald's instead, next time I will.

Went through drive through today and asked for 8 tacos only and they couldn't even get that right. Only gave me 7. Every time I come here the order is messed up.

Awful service and awful food. I just got off of work and decided to stop by to grab something quick before I go home. I paid for this disappointing food and can't do anything about it because I have to go to bed and be back at work at 4am! I work in the food industry and I would be very disappointed in my staff if they treated people the way the young girl at the window treated me and not to mention her attitude at the drive through speaker. I didn't get her name but I was in the drive through on 10/13 at 11:20pm. I will definitely be contacting your corporate because your guests shouldn't be wasting their money on poorly made food. Just keep in mind that the guests are the ones who keep the business going and you all need to have at least a little respect for what you do.

It amazing how a large order of over 10 tacos and a pizza and a burrito Can only get FOUR sauces on the side!! It is the simple things that matter on delivery orders.And soon starting pay will be $20, wow!

Slowest taco bell I have ever been to with no one in the drive through line they took 10 mins to make one breakfast crunch
