The Habit Burger Grill - Cypress

It's a good place for burgers, you'd be paying about the same price as Carl's Jr., except the food quality is much better than that of Carl's Jr. Service was ok as the cashier/server at the counter didn't put in much effort to call out whose food wasready. I guessed because we use the kiosk to order our food and were notified via phone text messages. I'd give them 5 stars ifthey greeted us at the counter and ask if there was anything else we need, as we came back and asked for dipping sauce andplastic utensils. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit. We would come back soon, cuz the good is really good. Looking forwardto giving them 5 stars on our next visit if we would get our food with a hello and a smile!!

Do you love in-n-out? I use to as well. Now when I go to in-n-out I am disappointed, because I am use to The Habit. The Habit double char, with extra grilled onions, extra lettuce, add mustard, and all available to order from their website. Habit is abetter version of in-n-out, because of burgers, fries, ability to order online, and no line for pickup. I love The Habit Grill,and because of that, I am now disappointed with in-n-out. Try The Habit if you haven't already............. You are welcome.

Customer service was friendly and polite. Burger and chicken sandwich were deeeeelicous !!

This place is so good, the employees are very nice, and attentive. The bathrooms were spotless, and they were kind to me and my family. And didn't mind my son's huge mess as he has autism and can be a little disruptive and messy, they kept smiling andoffering us help. ???? thanks sincerely kind people working here!! ????????????????????????

The service was decent, though the cashier/server at the counter didn't seem to make much effort to let us know when our food was ready. This might have been because we ordered through a kiosk and were informed to expect notifications via text. I would have rated them five stars if they had greeted us at the counter and asked if we needed anything, especially when we returned to request dipping sauce and plastic utensils. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit and plan to return soon—the food was really excellent. We're looking forward to giving them five stars on our next visit, especially if we’re greeted with a hello and a smile when we receive our food!
