Whataburger - Cypress

Amazing customer service! Honestly, they messed up my order and I waited a while but it wasn?t from a lack of effort on the employees. They were busy and undermanned which is not their fault. These young men and women were working their butts off! Theyoung man at the window was so nice and tried to make it up. It?s the customer service that keeps me going plus the food isalways amazing.

Shahin is the best Server in the entire establishment, she is so funny and personable. I?ve never had such a great experience in any whataburger. She is hands down the best thing that has happened to this restaurant!

I usually don't leave reviews for fast food establishments(I expect service to be nonexistent) but this was rare. I hardly eat Whataburger because it's soo massive but........I love bleu cheese. The bacon bleu cheese was soooo good and the service wasspectacular. They got my order correct and it looked the closest to the commercial as I've ever seen a burger????. I plan to get1 more before they ate gone but I'm trying to justify the calories.????????

I?m down grading this location from 5 star. It?s becoming a 7 out of 10 that the food is sloppy, or ingredients look unappetizing. You need to get trained at this location : 2627 Fm 1960 Rd E Houston, TX 77073 This place in Houston I visit atrandom times in the year due to work and ALWAYS!! The food is CONSISTENT, APPETIZING, the lettuce is AWESOME! . What is going onat the cypress location?

I am not part of the Whataburger fan club like some of my friends are but every single time I eat there (maybe 5 or 6 times a year) the food is great! Their Dr.Pepper shake is sooo good, their Patty Melt is delicious and the BBQ chicken strip sandwhichwith added mayo is my favorite.
