Domino's Pizza - Dacula

Great service! I made mobile order to pickup. During pickup i realized that I forgot to add pepperoni to my order and staff offered to make new pizzas. I felt bad and asked to just add pepperoni on top and they did. Thank you so much!

*Update* an hour after canceling the order, the poor delivery guy still came to deliver the pizza at 12:30am. Dawson, the manager failed to tell the delivery guy the order was canceled. He kept the pizza and I tipped the driver. I felt bad for thedelivery guy. Tipped the driver for no pizza. A bizarre night of trying to eat pizza. Ordered a pizza for delivery after havingsurgery today. The pizza sat at the store finished for 40 minutes before I called. I called the store to check on the pizza, andDawson (the manager told me the pizza was at the store. He stated, sorry without providing any explanation. It was liketalking to a high, care free, teenager that could care or less about their work. I asked when the pizza would be delivered, andhe told me about another 20 30 minutes. If you are that short staffed, close the store! Staffing isssues are one thing, but dontover promise and under deliver. In this case, not even deliver. Completely unprofessional approach by the manager. Iunfortunately had to cancel my order because I would have been eating a pizza that was finished for well over an hour. Nothanks. To end it, Dawson hung up on me mid conversation after he canceled the order. Not a good look from a manager. If Ididn 't just have surgery, I would have picked the pizza up. It wasn 't a hard decision to take my business elsewhere.

For the first time ever my order was made to perfection. Olivia was great and made sure that my order was made the way I had requested. This location needs more people like Olivia working for them.

First they send me old pizzas and brownies that they must have run through the many to heat it up. both were not possible. tonight they need to know that I complained when after I had ordered that they showed cooking on the app, then shortly before they were accepted that the app canceled the order! nothing. re a disgrace to Domino?s and should close this load. I will never order from this landfill again.
