Wendy's - Dacula

My order was accepted. I'm crazy. I went to pay and gave the girl my $20, but she snatched it and not even two seconds to take my $00.10... so I ended with much more change than I wanted. not a big deal, my order was right, but the customer service / hospitality or whatever you want to call it, it needs help

This location is ok. The food is always hot and good when I visit this location, but the staff needs training. I sometimes wonder what does Chick-fil-A do to get their employees to behave so professionally. Every fast food company should follow that strategy!

Food was on par for a Wendy's. Service at the counter was pretty good and staff was friendly. Dining area could have been cleaner. Men's restroom could have used attention. No soap or paper towels in the dispensers.

Huge Salad. Started moving things around and underneath the cheese and tomato?s was bad lettuce, slimy. Luckily I got the taco salad so I ate the chili.... added the sour cream. It was chucky!! Nasty! So glad I spent on a rotten salad.

I ordered a Baconator and a single burger, but both were undercooked. I'm really disappointed. This shouldn't be difficult to get right.
