Surrounded by stunning mountain views, this must be seen for everyone. The beer selection seems endless. The staff was super friendly. The food houses the beer nicely. HIGHLY recommend Truffle Fries as well as the chorizo and Steak Nachos... they are 5 stars worthy!

Fantastic brewery with chic feeling, beautiful views and plenty of space for large groups. The selection of beer has something for all beer lovers palate, light beers, Hoppy IPA, Barrel Aged beers. They serve food at reasonable prices, but you need to order it at the bar and then they will deliver it to you. The menu does not really show so for those who do not drink beer, but they have a self serving well drinks. On the way you can grab a mix-A-six of your favorite Ballast Point beer or pick up a shirt or a cup with their logo in their gift shop.

World-class beer at the foot of the mountains with 39 beer on tap. Yeah, 34 on tap and a good meal. 29 Jan 2019, they have 47 beers on Hahn. They also returned one of my favorites, short rib grilled cheese. Make sure to update with the truffleries. You also have a special barrel aged flight option that consists of eight choices. My choice of four included Trades Street Blend 1 2, Woodford Rye and the victory at Sea High West Barrel-Aging, which seems to be my favorite at the first sampling. The Trade Street mix number 2 is almost at the top for its complexity and interest as it heats up in my mouth and glass.

This brewery is surrounded by beautiful landscape. The beers and the food are delicious. The atmosphere is perfect. I recommend Ballast Point for a casual or romantic meal, as well as a place to gather with friends.

Every experience I've had at Ballast Point has been 5-star positive. The atmosphere is unmatched by any other brewery or restaurant in the area. The patio has absolutely gorgeous views of the mountains and is so nice with the beautiful fire pit table on a cooler night. The food is out of this world! I love that they have a different food special every single day...and they're AMAZING! The beer is beyond amazing! I'm normally not an IPA drinker but I truly enjoy the Sculpin IPA and trying all of the different variations of it. We recently attended a beer and food pairing with the chef followed by a tour of the brewery. If you ever get a chance to participate in one of the brewery's pairing events DO IT. I thought it was so neat hearing about how certain recipes came to be and to hear which beers and why pair better with each dish! All around a great place to visit!
