Aldeez Caribbean, - Dallas

I've been eating at this place for 4 years and these four years were great. The new location is closer, but I must say the experience was unpleasant. Music is extremely loud. I didn't like them to turn off all the lights in the table area while people still eat. You should stop the light. My last rating was 5 stars, but with this new change I had to adapt. Emptyed? placed on 12/3/22 the order of curry chicken, rice peas and Jollofrees. Everything tasted bad. The recipe was changed. The food was even different. Besides, my food was burned.

Discovered this place 3 weeks ago and I was already 4 times. The food is GOOD. You make a really good Jerk Chicken among others. Beautiful event with terrace (former Zenna) and good service. Apparently, it's gonna be a club at night.

I loved everything about this place! From food to dance floor. Portions are huge and can be divided especially the Jerk Chicken I will say it was not a jerk as I expected and could have a little more taste, but the chicken was definitely very humid). I enjoyed the mix in the music from Caribbean to Afribeats. Certainly enjoyed me

The food 5 stars, very flavorful and delicious. I only took off 1 star because my daughter and I waited about an hr half to get our food. Most of the guests who came in after us had eaten and was leaving. The waitress was sweet, she came by frequently to check on us. We were about cancel and leave, but she said hold on don't cancel. They were having some technical issues going on with the kitchen printer printing orders. Other than that everything else was good. We both got the curry goat, I also had cabbage and fried rice. My daughter had Mac cheese with her order, unfortunately she didn't like it, but it was edible.. I ordered a side of plantains. The curry goat and the rest of the sides, we had, were amazing. I haven't had curry goat in a long time so the flavor and spiciness brought back memories. We will be back for sure, when my other daughter return to the states.

The food is worth it however the service is HORRENDOUS! I?ve been 3x and each time the service has been soooooo slow or the waitresses act like they don?t see you. This last go round it took our server over 1 hr and 30mins to take our order then got an attitude for not coming back within 45mins and we told her my friend didn?t like the drink. She rolled her eyes, gave an attitude and walked off. This time she never came back. I requested to speak with the manager 4x and waited about 40mins for her to come and demanded we got our hookah and food free based on the circumstances we had to ensure that night. They really need to get their waitresses under control. I will not be back until that happens
