Asian Star - Dallas

As someone from Chicago, I can say this place is the closest I've found to authentic Chicago-style Chinese food. It's absolutely fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. From what I can gather, it seems to be a family-owned establishment.

The lo mein was tasteless, the sesame chicken was just alright, and the crab Rangoon was quite disappointing. I won't be returning. Rating: 2/10.

Arrived late, and the owner still received me with a great service. Food came quick fresh and delicious. Thank you guys!

I’m really upset because everything is just not what I expected. The fried rice isn’t fried? Like it taste slightly like soy sauce but I mean it’s just sad. Lo mein is nasty. The worst is this beef and broccoli. Beef is so gelatinous that it threw my whole appetite out the window. It really ruined me and my boyfriend’s night. But I give credit too the service. They did everything right but this food is terrible
