Bojangles - Dallas

I just came with my dinner from the ride thru in BOJANGLES in Dallas, NC. I ordered 1 Cajun Filet Biscuit, 2 Country Ham Biscuits and a small Fry. I'm ready to munch. In my bag I found 3 SAUSAGE BISCUITS and 1 Small Fry. No, no, no. I called the restaurant 3 times; 20 minutes before closing. No. I'm trying to be nice, I know that mistakes happen. But Window Girl said the ham for the cookies was frozen and please drag on the waiting zone we will bring it out soon. She finally comes out and asks if I wait for the HAM BISCUITS? And give me the bag. I'll stop. I love BOJANGLES. Each memory is different so avoid it. You should always answer the phone during the open hours. Ask a question: NEW MANNAGER, that it is about the CUSTOMER.

The food is great, but the service in this bojangles is missing, as it is usually about them and they could do something more cleaning. But as I said, the food is great and cheap...

Went through drive thru ordered 3 cookies and seasonal fries and asked for additional spices, because they usually did not put enough on them and the frits had a lot of spices when they thought they were funny and the cookies were so hard we couldn't eat and when I called to work and complained to the manager wanted to argue and told me that I deserved to come back to fix it. I mean, the disregard for this lady was Roman! I'm telling you, I wouldn't eat here!!!

This is a very good bojangles. You have a great staff. People there make sure you have what you need. You stay busy. A few times my order was not correct and when I am back, they make it right without a posture. Thanks, Bojangles. I love Bo's chicken and biscuits with honey.

My biscuit was okay, but the fries were cold and soggy, and they were out of two different salads I tried to order. Also gave me regular Mt Dew instead of diet, so I couldn?t drink it. Quite a wait as well. Might have been staffing issues but it was still one of the worst Bo?s I?ve visited. Won?t be back.
