Buzzbrews Kitchen-victory Park - Dallas

I don't know why the waitress asked me how I wanted my burger to cook because each one of us at the table got a hockey puck worse than when we heat something from sams. Stale toasted Bungalow. But I guess if it takes 45 minutes for a burger, I should expect it to be overcooked and cold. Fries were also cold. Terrible service, terrible food. The waitress always said I'm sorry, but never did anything to make our experience better. Avoid the avoidance. Never again. Even the bathrooms were a mess and paper towels. I had to apologize to my friends that I picked up this place on Open Table before our concert at AAC, but we were limited to places we could reach last minute. We'd rather have got frozen Burritos at AAC's or concessionaires. Don't waste your money. Impressively terrible service and food.

Food was cooked and waited staff not attentive. Had to ask for iced tea refill and no ice cream at all only room temperature tea. The waiter didn't bring ice.

On arrival we told the host/server we had an open table res. for 8:00 and she acted when she never heard of Open Table. The restaurant was not busy at that time of the day (sat. morn) we felt very uncomfortable for him. The bar menu was terrible, we were not even offered a drink menu.no bartender was about that we could also see. Our food was okay. The descriptions sound better than the actual food... I think it was a lot bad presentation. The phat bacon wasn't phat. Idk- probably not back..at at least to this place. The service was mine, too.

Very cool place to stop and have a beer and some food. They have a great breakfast especially, but all is good. Also, try the BuzzBrews own beer. It's phenomenal

I really liked BuzzBrews Kitchen. Our server was a young lady on her second shift, being trained. She was really good as was her trainer. BuzzBrews is open 24-7 and serves breakfast all the time. They have a huge selection of coffees, including Cuban coffee, which I did not drink because I wanted to go to sleep before two days passed. The nachos were $8.95 for a full order and excellent. A nice small meal for two. To top it off, they have lovely cakes under glass on the counter, and the most gorgeous teal blue stained concrete floor. I wanted to order the floor to go. So my Great Pyrenees dogs could cover it up with white fuzz. Then we could call it FuzzBrews. Hey, maybe I will call my house that from now on!
