Cane Rosso is an amazing concept but owners/managers if you are reading this, the Gaston location has the best cooks! Today we went to the Commerce location and the food lacked taste… pizza was just OK, my Alfredo was OK compared to lip smackingdeliciousness at Gaston. Caprese salad was better at Commerce. We will continue to go to Gaston but some consistency wouldn’thurt! The staff is always friendly but today we didn’t finish our meals! Left kind of sad.
Cane Rosso is currently my favorite pizza spot in the DFW. This particular location is in Deep Ellum. It’s a pizzeria but has class and personality. They also have a full bar which is nice. They’re made in the wood-fired grill and have the perfectsauce to cheese ratio. This visit we had the Roni One pizza (pepperoni bacon marmalade). Also, beware that the pizza is allserved family size, they don’t sell individual slices. Additionally, I ordered the Lemonchillo Margarita (very sweet but itpacks a punch). We also tried the spinach artichoke dip (some of the best dip I’ve ever had). It was creamy and warm -delicious! Altogether, I we spent close to $50. I’ll definitely be back.
The best, most delicious, chewy, cheesy pizza! They have the best Caesar salad, I have ever had in my entire life. The staff is always friendly.
This place is great! Service was fast, but not rushed, really attentive without crowding me. The food was well worth the money too. I had the 'Roni One and a meatball sandwich with garlic parm tots and everything was great! Only complaint would be the grease on the pizza, but it is pizza.
