The Casita Queso dip immediately won me over! I stumbled in on a Friday afternoon after selling some items at Half Price Books, just in time for margaritas, and it was the best decision I made. Kenya, the bartender, was fantastic, and the frozen margaritas were exceptional — a testament from my husband, who has 30 years of experience bartending with tequila. We will definitely return for a full meal! The place is clean, with a great indoor and outdoor bar, plus a lovely patio. Highly recommend!

I moved to Dallas in 2000, and the first restaurant I visited was this one. I was really impressed by both the food and the service. I began bringing my family and friends along, and ever since, I've been completely in love with Casita. It has become our favorite Tex-Mex restaurant.

Today, my girlfriend dined with her family, and unfortunately, the service was not up to par. I don't want to bring up the issue of race, but it really felt like there was a difference in treatment. We noticed that all the white customers seemed to be receiving much better service than we did. It took a long time for them to take our orders, while another group that arrived after us was attended to quickly. We were really disappointed, especially considering this is a Tex-Mex restaurant. In the end, we decided to leave no tip.

The food is simply outstanding – every dish bursting with authentic flavors and perfectly cooked. The tacos are a must-try, especially the carnitas and fish tacos. The margaritas are top-notch, perfectly balanced and refreshing. The service is exceptional; the staff is attentive and knowledgeable, making you feel right at home. Good authentic Tex Mex food. I enjoyed the Chalupa Compuestas. We came with a big group and we got good attention and service.
