I would not expect this type of ridiculousness from a Chic Fil A. They need someone who speaks and understands English taking orders. I had to repeat my order several times, but only one interruption was due to the train. They need to do “undercover boss” and get this place in order.
Long story, short... Can you imagine how embarrassing it is to purchase a gift card on 6/29 and not work? Two weeks later having to come to the store and not being helped properly by the supervisor? Sebastian Lead member went 35 extra miles $35) and provided me with another gift card paying out of pocket, his own pocket money! I am currently at the Chick-fil-A and as a I am writing this I am grateful with his help and initiative to take care of this issue that came with major inconvenience and frustration! Thank you Sebastian!!
Found a live bug in my sandwich. When I called was told the only fix was to bring the sandwich in and it would be replaced. They refused to let me complain to manager.Edit, finally spoke with management on third call. Was told to contact Chick fil a cares hotline. Called them and was told they would contact management to send my complaint. Essentially management refused to take my complaint and sent me to a hotline that promises to pass my complaint back to the person that refused to take it in the first place. Sounds like chick fil a cares alot and takes complaints seriously.Lol at this quote from the description ' What remains unchanged is our commitment to safety and high operating standards, and we are continually adjusting our operations to help protect our Operators
Just went through the drive thru at 3:10 on a Monday. I placed two separate orders and asked for fries with no salt on one order due to health concerns. A woman who appeared to be a manager or lead told me they don’t “do fries no salt” at this location. Then I was told they also don’t “do separate bags for orders in the same car” at this Location either. How ridiculous! Take the fresh fries out and just don’t salt them pretend the orders were for two separate cars and bag them separate. Doesn’t make sense. They gave me a bag so I could do it myself instead. They didn’t check the bag and only gave me one sandwich so I asked for the second one and a few minutes later they handed it to me in another bag. That wasn’t so hard. Customer service is really lacking here and the food wasn’t fresh.
