Feedback gevenI pulled into the drive thru and ordered my food with no issues other than the expected long wait. I ordered my food and specifically asked TWICE for no pickles on one of my sandwiches and EXTRA pickles on the other two of my sandwiches and LIGHTice for my sweet tea. When I pulled up to the window I could see that it was chaos and a lot of orders were mixed up includingmine but I ended up getting my food anyways. The associate at the window spilled my food on the counter before passing it to thecurbside associate and used his barehands to put the items back in the bag including touching my fries with his BAREHANDS. As hewas throwing some of my fries in the trash he stated that he ?saved it?. When I arrived home and opened my bag all of mysandwiches had just regular pickles and the light ice request was ignored as well. Really disappointing from a chic fil a. Myspecial request were ignored, sanitation isn?t a concern, and customer service needs work.
Every time I order a salad the lettuce look wilted and not fresh this has happened on multiple accounts and they have yet to correct it I?m not sure what?s happening with the salad but this is not quality service.
I just ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and fries... they didn't even put it with bread...it was just the chicken.. lettuce and pickles....NO BREAD... What the hell...how you going to eat chicken sandwich without bread
Can't go wrong a good chicken biscuit for breakfast. They definitely need to do a deep clean on their floors. There was so much oil and grease and dirt I could literally slide across parts of the floor.
They were very nice and fast! Did a mobile order and it went very smoothly. I have never had a bad experience when it comes to Chick FIL a. This is why I'm always going back!
