Feedback gevenCame in 20 minutes before closing. I walked up to the start of the counter and the girl working there was rude. She looked at me and said they only had three ingredients to make something and if I didn’t want anything then “oh well”. I understand coming in that close to closing time they would not have everything available which I understand but there was no reason to be rude about it. She genuinely looked like she didn’t care to help me as well as having her AirPods in.
I am usually satisfied with the service of this Chipotle location, but on the week of August 2, it was very disappointing. There was a female hugging a medium brown and white dog that was allowed to walk inside their establishment. She was allowed to purchase from this fast food business with a dog in her arms.This is unsanitary and against local health codes. I will not be using this business again. In addition, I am allergic to dog hair. I do not need dog hair in my food.I have pictures.
I am walking up to place my order Sunday around 5 I see this kid(employee) basically taking the white rice and pieces of other food that fell out of the pots onto the tables and he’s raking it with his fingers and then tossing it back into the fresh rice….? I called him out on it and said, “are you literally just putting dirty rice back in fresh rice?” And he chuckled and didn’t really take me serious at first but then he looked up again… and he saw how disgusted I was with his action. That was very gross. of course the manager didn’t say or if you did they didn’t care.
The evening crew at this place is always polite and helpful and friendly. They speak and communicate well with their customers and are very much about their procedures. This young man, who is his evening manager, is very friendly and ensures that my order is always made right.
It was probably the least friendly service I ever received at each chipotle, but the food was really good. Parking, as with most places in this area, was terrible. Food: 5/5
