Colter's Bbq - Dallas

I ordered My food through Uber Eats since Im sick with Covid and pretty much bed ridden. With kids to feed who l9ve BBQ this was a logical solution. I recived my order Quickly however I was missing the ribs on my 3 meat platter. Everything else was perfect. I called and spoke to Blake and explained the situation. This young man was apologetic and more than willing to go above and beyond to make it right. I was not expecting him to be so accommodating. Hes a gem in the service industry. As a fellow service worker I know we need more people like him. Thank You Blake from the bottom of my heart.

The food is delicious, especially the skilled meat cutter who has been working there for 30 years. However, the inconsistent management may affect your overall experience at the restaurant.

I ordered takeout for lunch and the brisket had a fantastic smoke flavor. The chicken was also delicious.

I want to love this place but the food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great and sometimes ho-hum. Baked potatoes are always perfect though. Just looked at my receipt and noticed an additional charge. I called to ask about it and it's a surcharge for using credit. Never seen a sign about that. Well that's settles that. It was my last visit...

They have the best turkey and sausage! My favorite is the stuffed baked potato and their onion rings. You have to try them, they're so good.
