Fine China - Dallas

The food was absolutely delicious! Despite being short-staffed, the service was outstanding, and it was great to see the team working together so well. We particularly enjoyed the tea service. We ordered the lettuce wraps, chicken fried rice, and braised pork belly, and everything was incredibly tasty. My husband mentioned that it was some of the best rice he’s had in a long time.

It's rare to find a restaurant where everything I taste is absolutely delicious, but Fine China blew me away last night with an incredible meal. The standout dishes for me were the outstanding duck, the eggplant mapo tofu, and the chilled Dan Dan noodles. The drinks were fantastic too—I hope they expand their wine menu soon! I will definitely return to sample all the dishes I didn't get a chance to try.

The food and service were outstanding. Each dish we tried was distinct and full of flavor, featuring predominantly American interpretations of Cantonese cuisine. We preordered a half duck (reservation required), which was ample for five people to enjoy. Additionally, we ordered another round of steamed buns to accompany the duck. Standouts included the garlic noodles, shishito peppers, and spicy prawns. In the photo, you can see the half duck, sticky ribs, garlic noodles, and shishito peppers.

This place is really nice, great for large parties and private events. Really fancy and so beautiful! The food is fresh, tasty and the service is great. The bar is amazing. I highly recommend Fine China... The tea service is really cool and they have a great sakè collection.

Fine China is not a Chinese restaurant. It is Chinese fusion. Me and my Chinese friends were here for our dinner. They didn’t like food in this place but I did! This fish is amazing!really soft and delicious Menu was a little bit confusing for me personally. I didn’t get from the names of meals if it was fish or chicken or something else haha. Also they have refreshing and tasty cold teas!
