Fogo de Chao Dallas Uptown

We had a wonderful time at the restaurant, the service was excellent. The meats were cooked perfectly. Thank you again!

My experience at Fogo was terrible. The food was decent, but the service was awful. It was extremely slow, and to make matters worse, they had initially overcharged us by $700 on the bill. The manager appeared confused and had difficulty resolving the issue.

The temperature in the dining room was chilly. The service was satisfactory, but the meat dishes were mostly overcooked. The server failed to inquire about our preferred doneness. Some of the meat was difficult to chew.

Our waiter was throwing things/slamming things Came to our table maybe twice the whole night

Writer never came to check on us, 1st time going and had to ask the guest next to us how the service worked, never brought any napkins. Waiter merged my bill with the guest next to us and we didn’t even know them. Spoke with manager and he did nothing to compensate us.
