Ginger Thai Cuisine - Dallas

Everything in Texas is larger than life, and these Thai wings are the biggest I’ve ever encountered! The chicken paired with the spicy peanut sauce is absolutely incredible—so delicious! The waiter and the staff were exceptionally nice and courteous, which added to the great experience. I’m also completely obsessed with the Thai Matcha Latte; it's a delightful blend of sweetness and creaminess!

This restaurant deserves the award for the blandest Thai food. The dishes taste like plain boiled noodles with no flavor whatsoever.

This is a great restaurant with a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I tried the sesame chicken, and it’s among the best I've ever had. The sauce was perfectly balanced—not too sweet or overwhelming, just the right amount of flavor. Kudos to the chef! The service was excellent, and there was plenty of parking available in the shopping strip. If you're ever in Dallas on Forest, definitely stop by!

The rice was somewhat bland, but the pad see ew had more flavor. The crab crème and salad rolls were delicious! Overall, it wasn't bad, but there are certainly better options out there. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent!

First of all, even if your dish doesn’t include peanut sauce, I highly recommend asking for some on the side—you won’t regret it! Ours came with the summer rolls, and we enjoyed it so much that we requested extra to use with our other dishes, and even took some home! It's a bit runnier than the peanut sauce from other places, but it's incredibly delicious. We also tried the fried rice and drunken noodles with grilled tilapia, which we requested as a special order—a rare find! The staff were accommodating, and Ginger happily agreed to prepare the fish for us, which was perfectly seared. Unfortunately, the new cook overlooked our preferred spice level, but once we mentioned it to our server, she quickly brought out a tray of various spices, allowing us to adjust our plates and soups to our liking. Overall, while it's not extraordinarily unique, the food was fresh, flavorful, and much less greasy than most Thai restaurants, all at a reasonable price. Oddly enough, this place never appears in our searches for delivery via third-party apps, even though they have stickers advertising those services on their door. We truly enjoyed our experience and love that it's just a quick 5-minute drive from home. Located conveniently in a shopping center at a busy intersection, it’s easy to reach and has ample parking. We will definitely be dining here again!
