Hola Cafe Dallas

This coffee shop has a spacious minimalist design with a black and white color scheme and touches of green. We ordered the Horchata coffee, which was quickly prepared and clearly made with high quality coffee brewed perfectly. Despite being a small coffee shop with only 2 benches and 1 table inside, and 2 tables outside, it started to feel a bit cramped. Unfortunately, we did not get to fully enjoy the atmosphere as much as we would have liked. I would definitely support the owners if they ever decide to open a larger location in the future!

While the coffee is good, I am not a fan of the attitude and behavior of the staff at this restaurant. I have experienced it myself, as well as heard similar complaints from others. When you walk in, they give you a judgmental stare and treat you brusquely. My mother inquired about their neon sign because we were interested in getting one for our own business, but the server curtly answered that it was too expensive and did not provide any further information. Overall, the restaurant definitely needs to improve their customer service.

I really enjoy the coffee at this restaurant, but unfortunately the service is lacking. Depending on who is working, the experience can be quite unpleasant. The owners also do not treat their local employees with respect. Additionally, it is disappointing that the owner had to post positive reviews using different accounts. I would consider returning if the staff improved to match the quality of the coffee.

Adorable shop with friendly service and delicious Cappuccino! This is the coffee experience I seek out. Hola Coffee is worth driving a little out of my way for.
