I only give it 5 stars because it has been at this place probably for 40 years and I love that.

I loved it REALLY BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY TOOK MY ORDER AND SERVED ME instead of saying the system is down or backing up so the employee gets away without taking no order until they are good and ready. Jack in the Box best believe is aware of that bull * therefore should not claim 24/7 open

?? EVERY TIME I GO TOO A FAST FOOD PLACE, THE FRIES AREN'T FRESH !!! It just makes me not want to EAT OUT ANYMORE !!! I'll just cook my own fries at home that way I'll know that they are fresh to eat. A WISE MAN ONCE SAID, IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE RIGHT YOU HAVE TO DO IT YOURSELF I TRULY BELIEVE THAT !!!

I feel they needed more staff 11-12 in the evening, very long line, long wait due to staffing. This is the time many are getting off work and stop to get food for home. Ppl love to run through drive thru's for a fast experience and fast food. Waiting tends to make ppl upset and anger.
