Feedback gevenI had a wonderful experience at KFC. The staff was quick and friendly, taking their time with me as I made my order. The young lady at the counter was very accommodating. When I reached the window, my order was incorrect, but they apologized, corrected it, and even let me keep the wrong order. It was a nice bonus, as I was able to take it home and share it with someone else who was hungry. I felt grateful for the experience, and overall, I really enjoyed my time at KFC.
I am really disappointed. I visited this KFC three times this week, and just as I was about to write a positive review, I found that the chicken was cold and gummy. They truly let me down this time.
I absolutely love their 10-piece deal for just $12! It's the only place in Dallas where I've found this offer. The chicken is fried to perfection, you guys!
How is it possible for a restaurant to be unprepared for lunch? Recently, their sandwiches have been frozen and not available during lunch hours. To make matters worse, the last time I visited, I noticed an employee smoking just outside the entrance. When I approached the counter, that same employee was there to take my payment and handle my food. And, of course, there wasn’t even a simple "thank you." The service was very disappointing. They really need a strong manager to improve their customer service skills.
Love their wings they always cook them perfectly not hard. And the grease is always fresh
