Mendocino Farms - Dallas

First time to eat here. Went to the store in Dallas, Preston Hollow. Food was delicious and Rebecca was an excellent host!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE i just received from Dustin? I believe.Placed a delivery order on doordash for a salad…. DIDN’T RECEIVE MY DRESSING.Contacted doordash( because duh that’s who i ordered though I’m not slow) doordash gave me partial credit. Enough to order something minimal and cover delivery costs.Called the restaurant to inform them that THEY……NOT DOORDASH…. INCORRECTLY MADE THE ORDER….and while doordash gave me partial credit for My dressing the restaurant doesn’t have the option to only order DRESSING…..Asked him if i could order some chips or anything on doordash and could he include my dressing THAT HE DIDN’T INCLUDE THE FIRST TIME in that order so it could be delivered to me and he didn’thave to do anything out the way…..Flat out said no. doordash made it right. What? How? They made it right by giving me the credit to order it again and have it delivered!!! YOUUUUUU left it off.“Ma’am don’t yell at me”Not a single word was yelled. DUSTIN …. Or whatever his name is…… lacks accountability and is so money hungry that he wants double pay for a mistake HE MADE.Now I’m stuck at school with no food. Because again, who eats a salad with no dressing? I’ll be sure to tell my classmates about my experience here.

Wonderful Mango chicken breast salad. Rock hard seats so you don't stay too long.

Hands down fantastic! We had the Hot Honey Peach and Prosciutto sandwich with the Watermelon Street Cart Salad and the Sweet Heat Crispy Thai Chicken Sandwich with the Kale and Apple Rainbow Salad.... It was seriously delicious..... Obviously because I couldn't stop eating to snap a few photos ???.The atmosphere was light, night, crisp, and clean. The staff was warm, funny, helpful, and entertaining. I can't wait to go back and try something new!Vegetarian options: Tons of Vegetarian options!
