Mike Anderson's is truly impressive! From the generous portion sizes to the excellent customer service and mouthwatering flavors, it does not disappoint. The prices are reasonable for what you'd expect from a typical restaurant, but the quality of the food is far superior to anything average. We ordered takeout, and they thoughtfully packaged each order with individual names and plates. All my coworkers agreed that the food tasted even better than Pecan Lodge. If you’re in Dallas, definitely stop by and grab a plate—you won't regret it!

Terrible experience! We visited on Saturday morning around 11:30, and I ordered the three-meat plate for $19, which came with two sides. The sides were surprisingly good, but the meat—which included beef sausage, sliced brisket, and turkey—was old and dry, as if it had been sitting out overnight. The beef sausage had a mushy texture, suggesting it had been reheated multiple times. Although the meal includes three meats, the portions were very small for the price. It was disappointing to see the server cut the sausage link into pieces and toss them into the beans instead of serving a whole link. I ended up throwing most of the food away and only eating some of the sides. This was my first and definitely my last visit. Hard 8 offers much better quality.

I tried their Barbecue Sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! The sauce was incredible, and the buns were perfect. I've placed numerous orders for delivery to various corporate offices because it's just that good. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is great as well. I will definitely be eating there again. Apologies for not having any pictures—I ate it too quickly because it was so tasty!

First time visiting Mike Anderson?s and I left more than satisfied!! Great food and awesome customer service, by far the best bbq place in town. Highly recommended

Excellent selection of barbecue meats and side dishes, and excellent service. Food is so fresh and tasty. Super clean restaurant, very nice decor and great country music. You sure won't be leaving hungry but stuffed and happy. I stronglyrecommended this local gem ???? if you like good barbecue.
