However, it's more of a quick option—think Kelly Rowland when you can't find Beyoncé! The pho is just average, and the grilled pork chop is also mediocre. The owner has recently merged this Vietnamese restaurant with the neighboring Chan Thai, so now everything has a distinctly 'Thai' flavor. My fish sauce was more sour than savory, which doesn't work well for Vietnamese dishes since Thai cuisine tends to use a lot of lemon. If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food, I recommend heading to Garland or Arlington instead—don't be lazy like me, haha! On the bright side, their outdoor terrace is quite nice when it’s not blazing hot outside.
I highly recommend Pho 88. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They answered all of our menu questions and brought our food out quickly. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. I would definitely suggest giving this place a try!
Exceptional service, outstanding food, and great prices! Pho 88 never disappoints. I took my entire family to savor the delicious broth creations they serve here.
This is by far my favorite pho place in DFW. And they deliver! Broth is tasty, noodles are proportioned nicely and the garnishes are fresh. I keep coming back again and again. Try the P1 with spicy broth ask for half noodles and half steamed veggies, you won't be disappointed.
Excellent pho! P3 always does it for us! Excellent service. Everyone is always super nice and it’s clean
