Pizza Hut - Dallas

I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. My order was missing several items, and I had to take an Uber to the restaurant since they didn’t answer the phone. Honestly, I’m quite unhappy about the situation. The only reason I'm not giving a star rating is that there were only four people working there, including the delivery driver, and I felt sorry for her. However, I'm frustrated that I had to spend extra money to get my food.

After I finally called to check on my order, it took another hour to get the pizza delivered. The main reason I'm giving just one star, though, is the manager's lack of empathy. If he had simply acknowledged the trouble and confusion, I would have been perfectly fine. It’s baffling why some people seem intent on being rude. I strongly suggest that they have someone more customer-friendly handle these situations. I dislike complaining, but sometimes a simple apology can go a long way. Unfortunately, this manager was not prepared to provide that, which only made me feel worse, especially when dealing with hungry customers.

"The pizza is made fresh and I’ve never had an issue with my orders. I appreciate that they always open the box to show me my pizza. The parking lot can be a bit tricky when it’s full, but overall, it’s a great place."

They called them 5 minutes before graduation to place an order and they took it. The manager was really nice. The food was served hot and delicious.

I'm always eating here because it's usually good but today I ordered a large pan pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage on half the other half bacon and hamburger and they put Italian sausage and pepperoni hamburger and bacon on half and the other half a cheese pizza then they play like they transferred me to somebody just for them not to answer and hang up on me so rude... I was really hungry too just to get the wrong thing a cheese pizza wow Might need to switch locations but this was the closest to me I'm going to Hate the extra drive tho ? if I could have gave no stars I would have pay $15 just to eat one side I could have ordered cheese sticks if I wanted a cheese pizzaThis Pizza Hut was on Royal Lane and Abrams
