Pollo Regio - Dallas

I visited Dallas for work and decided to check out this restaurant, and I'm glad I did! The tacos were incredibly delicious! I also highly recommend the chicken with green salsa and lime—it’s a must-try! The only downside was that the restaurant was very hot, so I opted for takeout. The staff was fast, friendly, and welcoming, which was a great bonus.

The chicken salad and chicken tacos are outstanding; the food here is amazing!

I was assisted by Beatriz G today, and I must say the customer service was exceptional. She was very kind, had a lovely smile, and a welcoming demeanor. The service was also quick. I will definitely keep coming back to this Pollo Regio. Thank you for everything!

I had to wait 40 minutes for two hamburgers, and it cut into my break, making me late for work. Unbelievable! They really need to speed things up, and to make matters worse, the burgers weren’t even prepared as I requested.

I never leave reviews, but I just have to give props to this location!! I will keep it short and sweet. Usually order from another location, but decided to try the Samuel location tonight. They had great reviews I see why!! My order was corrrect, fresh and the portions are well worth the money!! The carne asada is PERFECT and the barbacoa lean!! Hooked it up with bigger pico/onion/salsa and fresh flour tortillas! I am so glad I took a chance on this spot because this will be the go-to at least once a week!! After a hard day, Pollo Regio can make it better. I wish I could thank everyone working there tonight, you saved the day. BLESS!
