The new mac and cheese is quite good—very smooth and creamy. As always, their spicy chicken and spicy sandwich deliver a satisfying dose of nostalgia. Yes, there may be better fried chicken options out there, but Popeyes holds its own with a solid B+ compared to other major fast food chains. Unless they burn your order or forget something, you’re unlikely to be let down. The app has seen some nice improvements, and earning perk points for occasional freebies is a great touch. Customer service is perfectly acceptable as well.

Honestly, what more can I say? Popeye's Chicken, along with their shrimp, fish, and all the sides, is consistently top-notch. I absolutely love it! The customer service has been fantastic as well.
