Royal Chopstick - Dallas

I called to place a delivery order, but the person taking my order was incredibly slow and had trouble understanding what I wanted, despite my clear explanations. I ended up repeating myself several times, and then he unexpectedly hung up on me! When I tried to call back twice, my calls were ignored. The customer service here is terrible! If you're not going to take orders seriously, you might want to consider a different job. I only gave it one star because I had to in order to post this review.

Usually go to the Royal Chopstix location in Irving, but didn’t see dumplings on their delivery menu so tried this place instead. Got beef lo mein, pork dumplings and a beef egg roll. The chili oil and the sweet chili sauce my order came with were probably the best sauces I’ve ever had from any Chinese restaurant. Was delicious with the egg roll and dumplings. Only thing I was kind of upset about was the dumplings were on the dryer side by them selves. Had to soak them in the sauce a bit for that true dumpling texture. Overall, I will be coming back and almost like it more than Royal Chopstix in Irving.

Rice was gummy and i found a bamboo stick in my food. I called the restaurant and the guy said it probably got stuck on the wok when they cleaned it. Still not acceptable.

Perfect food definitely better than last time chefs got better reccomend good service

Horrible food. And the moo goo gai pan comes in some weird broth, not an actual white wine sauce. Also the cheese wontons are nasty. First and last time ordering from here.
