Slim Chickens - Dallas

It’s the service that got me. We are on vacation from another place, where they have a slim chicken so as you can guess, this wasn’t exciting. However, kids gotta eat too so there we are….It happen to be a special that got us lots of tenders and just the right amount of tenders. Not only did we save money, the from service was awesome! The two young men who assisted us to get what we needed. They where so helpful.The only critique I have that kept it from 5 stars was the cleanliness of the beverage area. One machine looked broken and the drink machine was kinda gross. But it looked like they were busy and short handed. Whatever the case, the service was awesome!Kid-friendliness: It’s tenders! That’s a kids best friend.

We just discovered this place on a trip and were excited to see they were in our home town. This place has some really good chicken that you can add sauces to like a chicken wing. They remind me of pluckers a little. Service here was great with the people taking the orders being very nice and helpful. Overall I'm really impressed with this place!

The employees are very unprofessional. They are cussing in the work atmosphere. I highly recommend a new group of employees. Or get corporate to get them straight. Definitely not a good look for business!Food: 3/5

Underwhelming. I know it says cooked to order but NOPE. I got an order to go. I live 1.2 miles away. Food was not hot. Chicken and fries were definitely not cooked to order. The chicken strips were pounded or butterflied to make them appear larger. It just made them dry when fried. The ends were like chicken jerky. Their signature Slims sauce tasted like mayo, ketchup and pepper. Nothing to make you want to come back for more.The fried chicken market is a very competitive space. There was nothing that made Slims stand out from the rest. Sorry Slims but it 's a NOPE for me.

This location is one of the best places to dine. Great atmosphere phenomenal food, my best think to eat is there chicken and waffles. It actually looks like the state of Texas. Great job you guys
