Smoothie King - Dallas

The service was disappointingly slow and unprofessional. I received my order 25 minutes after placing it, and during that time, four employees were just standing around. It appeared that another employee had just started making my smoothie. There were no other customers in the restaurant at the time.

The short disabled lady displayed a lack of professionalism during my visit. I witnessed her being rude to other customers before it was my turn. If this is how your restaurant operates, you need to make improvements. It seems clear that you really need assistance managing staff; her unpleasant attitude may be a result of high employee turnover. Her demeanor is quite off-putting, and it reflects poorly on the establishment.

This place is terrible. It definitely needs a health department inspection. It's dirty and unhygienic, with no one wearing gloves or masks. The staff were arguing with customers, and there were children running around in the smoothie area. I do not recommend this establishment at all.

Let me start by saying Shae and Brittney are amazing employees. When Shae is there I know my smoothie will come out quickly and be made as consistent as it was the day before. My issue is the most recent employee seems to be making my smoothies with his own recipe or something. On one occasion it was as thick as cake batter and I had to throw it away. The second time was a timing issue. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait and it took almost double that where people before me had already left. I got a free smoothie for my birthday so I decided to go again and this time was the last straw because my smoothie was yellow when it's ordinarily red. Clearly either that new employee is not trained properly or he is just deciding to do his own thing. This was my go to for lunch for months and months but do to the recent inconsistencies I've stopped going.

This smoothie king was literally the worst service I have ever had. I will not be back!! No hello welcome in nothing no thank you have a good day!! The 2 women there was very rude. We ordered 2 smoothies and she put the first one on the counter and I asked what kind it was and she said something and I repeated it back to here because I didn't hear her with the mask and the glass and she gave me the worst look and yelled it back at me like I did it on purpose. If that's how this place is going to let there employees be then I definitely will not be back. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!
