Feedback gevenUsually this place is great and the workers are super friendly. I went through the ride today at 9 a.m., the checkout was unfriendly. I have no receipt. When I checked my bag, there were no cheese sauces in my pocket. I asked them, the cashier said they were on the bottom of the bag. They weren't. I showed him and then he pulled three out of his pocket and gave them to me. Really weird. I hope you can help him get the cheese out of the orders for yourself. My other experiences here were great so I'm sorry for the negative contribution.
I placed an order online and didn't have to wait long for my order. REESE brought out my food and he was amazing and the 5 stars are for him alone. He took the time to answer a completely Sonic-unrelated question for me and went into great details, did not rush me off or something like I was was wasting time. His customer service exceeds expectations and Sonic must give Reese an increase and/or promotion NOW.
Very poor customer serviceMgr and employees work on the shift. Mgr (black shirt) shows me how he went to his car, not complete order in drive thru and he and Associate had an argument while waiting for 5 minutes before other cars came in the line. Then said I had to make an order, but he didn't come to her until they realized that I didn't move. I never realized that I did something wrong when he started my order and just donated me.
They can't make an order right even when the ingredients are shown and listed on the menu. Lot is always trashy, likely due to high traffic location, careless customers, and/or local homeless population, but they could make better effort to keep clean. Standard quality food you can expect from any Sonic even if it's not exactly what you ordered.
Fast food dinner when I have food at home?. Food came out hot and fresh. Cheddar peppers are still good after all these years.Food: 5/5
