The Crafty Irishman Public House

Oh my God this is the best fish and chip place in town. Slap your mother and bring it back to life because the size of this fish will knock you out. I couldn't believe how tasty it was and how juicy inside it was with a nice size crispy flake outside. Stoplooking around for fish and chips this is a spot to go to.

Let?s go! Right on Main Street. Stayed close by and walked to this pub. Great food. Service was great. Cool vibes and friendly staff. They have bacon wrapped chicken wings which were a bit pricey but worth it. You can choose two flavors which I hadGuinness BBQ and Medium IPA. Medium IPA was def the way to go! Got a Snakebite which is Harp Lager with Cider. Tasted likechampagne. Scotch egg was great. Irish nachos were great. Will def come back when I visit again.

This restaurant has limited seating, so it's best to arrive early. They feature live music, which is fantastic. The portions of fish and chips are enormous, and they provide malt vinegar on the table (though unfortunately, they don't serve mushy peas). Make sure to try the corned beef cabbage rolls and the scotch eggs; they are absolutely divine! They also offer a full English breakfast, complete with black pudding. The atmosphere is lively, with dark wood decor throughout, tall tables and chairs in the center, and cozy low tables and booths along the edges. The service is excellent, and it's conveniently located within walking distance of The Texas Trust CU Theater!

AMAZING!! My wife and I were strolling through downtown after a comedy show, looking for a place to eat. We searched online for nearby restaurants with good reviews and decided to take a chance on a few options, landing here. We're so glad we did! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was just right. It was one of the best fish and chips I've had in a long time!

My experience with the food and drinks was fantastic! I particularly enjoyed the spicy cheese curds with ranch and the Monte Cristo sandwich paired with raspberry jam. They also offer a great selection of spiked mimosas, which were delightful. I highly recommend this place based on the dishes I've tried!
