Unrefined Bakery Medallion Center

Almost every time I go to the Rockwall site, their vegan options are frozen. The last time the young lady said I'd pick it up in the microwave? I won't pay $5 for a cupcake, so he'll be frozen and then froze in a microwave. I'm not back.

Hail to Wholesome Foods Bakery! Delicious vegan, organic, gluten-free and allergy-friendly bakery! The owners have Celiac and are lactose intolerant. You have flexible allergy-friendly menu options to adjust all your special diets! I love the vegan, soy-free, maize-free, oats-free, yeast-free, sugar-free bread, muffins, rolls, pizza crust, muffins and cakes. Love this place! It is much better than the breads in the frozen area at Whole Foods. They also make bread with yeast that all my allergy needs to fit. Make sure you eat at the café. You have delicious cinnamon rolls. You can pre-order specific allergy friendly options to enjoy the next morning at the café. They usually have something I can eat and I have so many allergies!

Several vegan baked goods are always available. They're supposed to die. Avocado and vegan cheese is no extra fee on sandwiches!

So let's get into this little bakery and see all kinds of items on shelves, in refrigerators... on the counter. But not a packaged product had listed all ingredients on it. The brochure they have on the counter vaguely commented on baking without refined sugar, with healthy oils and unrefined flours. There were NO lists on what they actually used. "This place was amazing. I bought two cupcakes for my godparents and they absolutely loved them - one lemon and one vanilla for my godmother's birthday. She even tried to steal my godfather's cupcake because they were so delicious. They really enjoyed them and were happy that the cupcakes didn't raise their blood sugar levels. I will definitely be returning here in the future. The regular cakes also looked fantastic."
