Wendy's - Dallas

I can't accept an 82 health score. It's frustrating that you can't see this until after you pay at the drive-thru. I ordered a Baconator and a Son of Baconator, and both sandwiches only had the same amount of bacon—two slices each. If I wanted a regular bacon cheeseburger, I would have ordered one. It's disappointing to pay for Baconators and not receive what I expected. This seems like a management issue. I live nearby but won't be coming back.

I've been here before during the day time and the Dave double burger was delicious. We went there last night, 1/2/2019, and the same burger was so different lacking in what's supposed to be on it (lettuce, tomatoes, onions,etc). I also had to go in and ask for HOT fries. I guess it's best to go in during the day. But it really shouldn't matter. Quality should be top notch day or night.

I just dined at Wendy's on Highway 92 in Paulding County. The service was good, but the food was lacking. The salad we received was not fresh, and the chicken tasted frozen. While the restaurant was clean and organized, I was disappointed with how my chicken and hamburger were put together. There was no fresh salad, and my chicken sandwich only had a small piece of tomato. I can’t help but shake my head.

The store was a little dirty, beverage lids were scattered either on the counter or around the spice station. The service was slow, waited about 3-4 minutes to be greeted at the counter. Food order was accurate, but the food was best half warm. Staff are sitting in the dining area while guests have their feet on the table tops. decided to take food. Worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. The health assessment in February 2019 was 91 A

The customer service is excellent, and the food is ready every day. However, you might need to remind them about the dipping sauce from time to time.
