Wings World - Dallas

This place is the go-to spot for wings in the Dallas area. I drive all the way from Plano at least once a week to get those honey gold and spicy Cajun ranch wings. The food quality is top-notch, I would rate it 5 out of 5.

A big, large man with a wide back informed me that they were closed at 9:47, which confused me because Google said they closed at 10. This really upset me, all I wanted was a 15-piece meal.

The food was excellent, the portions were generous, and the service was exceptional. The young woman at the register truly understands the importance of customer service. I observed her engaging with every single customer who entered the restaurant. Overall rating for the food: 5 out of 5.

The worst! Me and my cousin stopped in to get some wings, she was visiting me from Chicago and this Place embarrassed me! They had some older lady at the front taking orders on the phone and a line full of people ready to order. The lady clearly couldn’t do both at the same time. She told everyone in the line to come back later. Wth!? The cook was a young dude in the back, he had no hair net on, he kept touching his pants and pulling his pants up. It was a hot a mess! We endedup driving to the location in Lancaster. It was well worth the drive. I will only be going to the Lancaster location. They need more help and professional people there.
