Wingstop - Dallas

Cashiers are rude. No communication from staff, no update about a thing! Waited 45 min for my order. Had to ask about my order, they couldn't find it realized it been sitting in the pick up shelf on their end. Don't come here.

To put it just terrible, this place takes long to process food and workers, even the higher ups are no help I lacked ranch and sides the workers are nowhere to find, I had to flirt on the manager or overseer (blood with glasses) in the back with the workers and grab them instead of the problems and service customers after I complain that I have brought missing pages that I have paid them instead! This place is terrible and has not changed a bit with a new face of managers, this place is a credible place.

This place is upset, I asked for crispy and we make wings. I came home, my wings weren't done, and I called that they never answered the phone so I could email them. The next day I received an email for a $10 gift card without an apology or a call. I'll never order here again.

Ordered food from here and there was a long red hair wrapped around one of my wings. I called to tell them, and they stopped on me, they finally answered and the girl said hello, we are closed to stop calling. It wasn't even 11:00, so they weren't closed. I called back and asked me to talk to a manager and oh my God was even worse, she only used slang and lubricated her lips and said, okay and okay and then she hung up! I will definitely call society in the morning!

Ordered delivery, 24 wings, received 8. Called 4 times (staff kept hanging up on me) arrived in person, had to wait 30 minutes to finally get my order. The original order was placed at 8 pm, I did not get my complete order until 10:30 pm. No additional items or even a drink for how much of my time this took, I'll be spending my money elsewhere moving forward.
