Burger King - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

Very slow service...Waited about 5 minutes before order was taken waited another 10 minutes to get my order. Several people ahead of me they had been waiting longer.

Amazing and fresh hot food they are always on point with orders and freshness of food lines are never full also

Ordered food and asked for restroom. I was lied to saying they were out of order. Both men and women 's restrooms were locked. I asked both of them and they looked at each other and said nothing

A little on the dirty side and employees just standing around talking when no customers were in line. Bathroom was filthy

Used a coupon to get a $4 biscuit and hashbrown. The reason the coupon is 4 dollars is because the biscuit is worth 4 dollars on its own. The drive thru gave me a jr breakfast burrito instead of the biscuit (as if it's the same amount of value or quantity) then refused to do anything about it when I went to the window to ask for a replacement biscuit. The lady in the window was rude and argumentative and didn't even apologize. Failed to see why I was upset she demanded to see my receipt, I showed her 2 versions of it and she just tried to gaslight me into accepting a jr breakfast burrito is equal to a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Super disappointing and terrible customer service. Also no one answers the phone number at this location and there's no listing for a manager etc. Good luck having any issues resolved if you decide to eat here.
