Used a coupon to get a $4 biscuit and hashbrown. The reason the coupon is 4 dollars is because the biscuit is worth 4 dollars on its own. The drive thru gave me a jr breakfast burrito instead of the biscuit (as if it's the same amount of value or quantity) then refused to do anything about it when I went to the window to ask for a replacement biscuit. The lady in the window was rude and argumentative and didn't even apologize. Failed to see why I was upset she demanded to see my receipt, I showed her 2 versions of it and she just tried to gaslight me into accepting a jr breakfast burrito is equal to a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Super disappointing and terrible customer service.Also no one answers the phone number at this location and there's no listing for a manager etc. Good luck having any issues resolved if you decide to eat here.

Very slow service...Waited about 5 minutes before order was taken waited another 10 minutes to get my order. Several people ahead of me they had been waiting longer.

This is the very first time I 've came to Burger King and had a wonderful experience with one of the workers in drive-thru. I let down my window, and I hear her say, Welcome to Burger King, how can I make your day great?! I was like wow thank you! Other than when I worked at CFA for almost five years, I 've never heard such a delightful welcome! I hate that I didn 't get her name, but she was a black lady and she was there on Sunday around 2:35-2:40. Very nice, hard working and polite lady! Burger King, she definitely needs a raise and needs to be promoted to an assistant manager or smthn!

This burger King is bad because I asked for a medium combo and they gave me a small combo instead I hate this burger king location!!
