I throughly enjoyed celebrating my birthday at Monarch, from the beautiful views, to the delicious food and the attention to detail when having a celebration. It was an amazing experience!

The Monarch team combines superb service and even better food to create the preeminent Dallas dining experience! I recommend asking the Sommelier to recommend a bottle of wine or even Ice Wine! They say leadership starts at the top and as the General Manager of Monarch, Dan Kurtzman has consistently hired the best team in Dallas and raised the bar for Luxury Dining throughout Dallas. My favorite part of Monarch experience is the world class ambiance created by combining the unrivaled grandeur of the dining area with unobstructed, one of a kind, sweeping 360 degree views of Dallas from the 49th FL in the National Building. We had an amazing experience and it was a great place to celebrate our wedding anniversary! I was trying to impress my husband and he said he was super impressed! Everyone wished us a happy anniversary and the pastry team sent us home with a sweet bite for the road! Thank you Monarch for making our evening so memorable!

Made reservations for a Tuesday night for date night. We were greeted and seated promptly, however, was disappointed to see we were put in literally the furthest, darkest, tiniest corner table in the entire restaurant on a Tuesday when there were other small tables available and sitting empty. The reason for my two star rating was quite simply the service. I believe Josh was our server, who we saw about 3 times throughout our two hour dinner. We had planned on ordering some starters, salad, entrees, and desert. However, with empty water glasses, dirty plates sitting empty on the table upwards of 15 20 minutes at a time, and me having to get up to ask someone to find our waiter, we decided to cut the meal short and skip the salad and get desert and drinks elsewhere. The guy was completely absent from our table most of the night and in his absence, no one else checked in not a manager, fellow server, no one. Was a HUGE let down to our second visit here (the first was Thanksgiving dinner) and given this level of service, will likely not be in a hurry to return anytime soon.

Incredible experience from start to finish. Service, food, view...all of it was perfection. They really know how to celebrate special occasions and definitely would recommend to everyone!
