Fitos Tacos De Trompo

Made an over the phone order, got here and people who came in after me and ordered in person got their order before me. My order was placed on the counter and sat for 10 mins before someone came up to me and asked what I was waiting for, after I had already said my name and paid. Once I showed my receipt, they gave me order. Upon opening the box I realized it was wrong by 2 tacos, on the receipt it was only wrong from by 1. They ended up charging me for that taco. Aside from their incompetence for taking order, taking about 45 mins to get my order out, I still got charged. I come here often but I’m gonna avoid it now.

This place has gone down! Haven't been in a while and they must have changed cause there food was disgusting! I ordered a stuffed asada papa and no love was put u to it, I knew it was bad when I seen sandwich cheese Save your money! And on my receipt shows a credit card fee and I paid with cash No bueno, I left with an upset stomach

Worst place to buy tacos it took more than 40 minutes to get my order that I placed….. they keep saying my order was coming …. They didn’t want to refund my money …. Never

I get it. We're from out of town. We're visiting your town and staying in your neighborhood. We walk into your eatery. We don't speak Spanish.This made ordering very difficult as none of the menu was in English and no one in the establishment either knew how or wanted to speak English. Made no effort to try. Didn't seem to care if we had walked out.This was a common occurrence during our 5 week stay in Dallas.Thankfully I know enough words to feed myself and the crew.After a very long and beleaguered process, we finally got our orders in.Food was good. Pork, chicken, beef tacos.We just didn't go back again due to the difficulty in ordering. Too many other options nearby that were willing and able to bridge the language barrier to go thru that.

Don’t waste your time not even worth it got a trompo torta dint have no trompo meat they lucky I checked my food when I left smh never again ??????
