Feedback gevenThe drive-thru was the only option available, but it was blocked off. I was extremely disappointed after driving all the way from East Texas to get my usual seven dozen. The restaurant was closed, and I left feeling very let down.
This restaurant has seriously declined over the years. They only offer drive-thru service and never seem to adhere to their stated business hours. I visited this location after being told by another one that they were "out of donuts," only to find the drive-thru blocked off. Myself and other customers were left confused because the sign indicated that they were open. I believe they should update their website or inform customers of unexpected closures so that people do not make wasted trips.
