Mcdonald's - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

Worst mcdonalds ive been i have to wait 45 minutes in a drive thru...they need more people that can do fast orders...i dont think its fair to wait along time

It was good I just had issue with when I parked to wait to my order the person sent to bring out the orders couldn't speak or understand English one bitOnly all Spanish witch I'm a Latino myself and do speak and understand it fluently,,but my girlfriend is white so she doesn't,,I'm sure it would have worked out but why put that worker and customer in that situation..js..

Worst McDonald's in history of time. Lazy, sorry, won't attempt to help customers. Literally have a sign to tell you it's going to take 15 to 20 min to help you at front register. Yet it's 10 employees behind the register like your at chick fil a.

Told them my order 3 times and they still got it wrong , even spoke to the manager at the window and she got it wrong

We need more smiling face supervisors talking to me with a tone screaming and bad attitude just because I was gonna get soda refill this is the reason I don't visit McDonald's in this neighborhood you all hired anyone for this kind of position with no customer services experience doesn't have any type of respect for customers supervisor Wednesday April 24 at 1:00 pm
