SĒr Steak Spirits - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

If looking for dining find somewhere else. This was the worse steak I’ve had at an upscale establishment. I’ve had better steaks at a chilis. The seafood tower was robbery. I probably wouldn’t be as disappointed if it wasn’t a $650 dinner for four (no alcohol). If staying at the hotel just pop up for coffee and desert, it was the only thing that was great along with the skyline view at night. Do yourself a favor, don’t make this your destination.

A delightful experience atop the 27th floor of the Hilton Anatole despite an incident with the fire alarms going off. My wife and I came by to celebrate our 10 year dating anniversary. We made sure to mention this and requested best seating in the house, which we think we received. We were seated next to a floor to ceiling spanning window. The views of downtown Dallas were simply immaculate. Better than even the scenery viewed from the restaurant at the reunion tower, which is on the 40 something floor and whose whole selling point is that view. We came by during restaurant week so ordered from that menu but also chose to order a seafood tower as an appetizer from the regular menu. All items within the tower were delicious. The items from the restaurant week menu were delicious as well. However, the steak, which was a wagyu, felt a tad lacking. Now, before we got our main course, the fire alarms went off. Initially, this seemed like a false alarm, but the alarms continued going off and thus prompted a majority of the guests to go down 27 flights of stairs. Fortunately, it was just a faulty alarm that triggered the system. We had to wait ~30 mins to get back up since the elevators were shut down. Once back up, the staff made sure to seat us immediately and get our courses out again. All in all, a fantastic establishment that we can see ourself dining again.

Incredible experience this evening for my husband and my anniversary. The food was nothing less than flawless, EXCELLENT steaks and sides. The dinner was made even more perfect by our awesome server Hannah, who truly exemplifies the meaning of guest service. Along with the atmosphere and views of Dallas make this hands down one of the best places to dine in the city. Experience the greatness of SĒR you will not be disappointed!

Very very very bad experience. We were attending the south west dental conference and want it to try this place and liked the view but after waiting for an hour and a half for our food to come we called the manager to inform him that it was a very long wait and we needed to leave he just acted very weird. Instead of apologizing he acted like he did not care. Bad experience can’t judge the food but bad service and manager they really need to think about improving their service and hire a new experienced manager.

Not a Michelin star restaurant should have went any where but there. Albenais would have been 10 times better. Service tucked personality suckes manager sicked. I paid 100 for 1 glass of wine, 1 mixed drinks, and a cup of soup that was cold, and my wife got mad at me for pitching. Thank God 7 the 400 for dinner on the premise of a Michelin chef that wasn't there. Don't do it Dallas,many more places that are better. Close you And a Close you tooo
